Influencer Terms

These terms govern your participation in the Brandlix Partner Program.

You receive 20% commission on the first paid invoice of a customer referred via your code plus 10% on every renewal invoice as long as the subscription stays active. Basis is net revenue (before taxes, after discount) in the respective transaction currency.

Payouts happen monthly once a minimum of 100 EUR/USD/GBP per currency is reached, to your stored payout method. If the minimum is not reached within 24 months, commissions expire.

If a payment is refunded the proportional commission is clawed back. If canceled within 30 days of subscription start the initial 20% commission is fully revoked.

Self-redemption, spam and misleading advertising are prohibited. Brandlix may revoke your influencer status at any time in case of violation.

You are responsible for proper tax treatment of your commissions. In Germany a business registration may be required.

Both sides may terminate participation at any time. Already earned commissions remain.
