Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once the digital service has been provided, unless mandatory consumer law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

Where applicable law grants you a right of withdrawal or cancellation (for example a statutory cooling-off period), we honor that right. By purchasing, you request that performance begins immediately and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal ends upon full performance, to the extent permitted by law.

Consumed AI and media credits are not refundable. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period. Failed generation attempts are refunded automatically.

You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings. Your access remains until the end of the paid period; no pro-rata refund is issued. For any question about a charge, please contact [email protected] before requesting a chargeback from your bank.
