Social media for restaurants, cafes and cloud kitchens across the UAE
Whether you run one specialty cafe or an F&B group with branches in several emirates, Brandlix turns the photos from your own food shoots into Arabic and English posts, plans iftar and Eid campaigns around the moon sighting and answers guest questions in your brand voice.

Connected to all major platforms
Publish your content seamlessly across all platforms from one dashboard.
Menu launches built from your own food photos
Upload the photos from your shoot and the agent turns them into carousels, Reels and Stories with captions in Arabic and English. Guests see the dish they will actually be served. AI images stay an option for backgrounds and campaign art, and they carry C2PA content credentials.
Iftar, suhoor and Eid campaigns that follow the moon
Draft the iftar menu reveal, late-night suhoor posts and Eid greetings weeks ahead. Ramadan and Eid dates are confirmed by the UAE moon-sighting committee, so the drafts wait in the calendar and move with one instruction once the dates are announced.
Bilingual menus that read naturally
Each caption is written natively in Arabic and in English, not translated word for word. Use Modern Standard Arabic for the brand page and a Gulf dialect for a playful TikTok caption, while dish names and AED prices stay consistent in both versions.
One workspace per branch, concept or virtual brand
A cloud kitchen running several delivery brands from one kitchen, or a group with a cafe concept and a fine-dining concept, keeps each brand in its own workspace with its own voice, accounts and calendar. Creator includes 5 workspaces, Pro 15 and Business 40.
How it works
From signup to first automated post in under 5 minutes.
Teach the agent how your kitchen talks
Connect your Instagram, TikTok and website once. Brandlix studies your existing posts and builds a brand profile, so it learns whether you describe dishes with short punchy lines in Gulf Arabic or with longer stories about origin and ingredients.
Send in the photos from the pass
Upload new dish photos in the dashboard, or let the chef send them from a phone through the Telegram bot on Lite and above. The agent sorts them into a menu launch carousel, a short Reel or a daily Story.
Plan the season in one chat
Ask for something like 'four weeks of Ramadan content: iftar menu, suhoor offer and an Eid greeting, in Arabic and English'. The agent drafts the posts and proposes slots on Asia/Dubai time based on when your followers are active.
Approve, publish and keep up with the inbox
With approval mode on, the owner or the brand manager signs off every post with one click before it goes live. On Creator and above, the unified inbox replies to comments and DMs about opening hours, branches and set menus with the answers you saved.

Frequently asked questions
How should a UAE restaurant plan Ramadan and Eid posts when the dates depend on the moon?
How should a UAE restaurant plan Ramadan and Eid posts when the dates depend on the moon?
In the UAE, the start of Ramadan and both Eids follow the Hijri calendar and are confirmed by the official moon-sighting committee, so the exact day is only certain shortly before. Plan your iftar menu reveal, suhoor offers and Eid greetings around the expected window, keep them as drafts and shift the whole set once the dates are announced. Daily routines also change during Ramadan, for example private-sector working hours were shortened by two hours a day in 2026, so watch your own analytics for when followers are active instead of reusing last month's posting times.
Can we publish our menu in Arabic and English without a translator?
Can we publish our menu in Arabic and English without a translator?
Yes. The agent writes each language version natively for its readers, so an Arabic caption is not a literal copy of the English one. The default is Modern Standard Arabic; on request it switches to a Gulf, Egyptian or Levantine dialect for casual posts. Dish names, prices in AED and branch names stay consistent across both versions, and text placed on images respects right-to-left layout. For signature dishes with an established Arabic name, add it to your brand profile once and the agent will reuse it every time. A team member still reviews each draft before it is published.
Should we post AI food images or photos from our own shoots?
Should we post AI food images or photos from our own shoots?
For dishes guests can order, use your own photos. A guest who orders the burger from your post expects that burger, and real photos protect that trust. Brandlix is built for this: you upload the shoot, and the agent writes the captions, builds carousels and cuts short videos. AI images are useful where no specific dish is promised, such as a Ramadan background, a pattern for an Eid greeting or a mood visual for a new concept. Every AI image and video Brandlix creates carries C2PA content credentials, so it can be identified as AI-generated.
Does Brandlix post to delivery apps, WhatsApp or Snapchat?
Does Brandlix post to delivery apps, WhatsApp or Snapchat?
No. Brandlix publishes to Instagram (including Reels, Stories and carousels), Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky and WordPress. It does not publish to Snapchat or WhatsApp, and it does not manage your listings on delivery platforms. What it can do is point every post to the ordering link you already use, so a new menu item on Instagram leads straight to where guests order. If WhatsApp or Snapchat matter to your guests, keep running those channels in their own apps next to Brandlix.
We work with food bloggers and influencers. What should we check first?
We work with food bloggers and influencers. What should we check first?
The UAE Media Council has introduced an Advertiser Permit for people who publish promotional content on social media, with exemptions such as people promoting their own business. Before a paid or gifted collaboration, check the current requirements with the UAE Media Council or your legal adviser, and ask the creator about their permit. Brandlix does not issue permits or give legal advice. It helps on your side of the collaboration: you can draft the brief and your own reposts in the agent, and approval mode makes sure nothing about the collaboration goes out from your accounts without a sign-off.
What does Brandlix cost for an F&B group with several branches?
What does Brandlix cost for an F&B group with several branches?
Brandlix is billed in US dollars with no per-seat pricing, so adding a branch manager or a marketing colleague does not change the bill. The Free plan costs $0, Lite is $9 a month, Creator $29, Pro $79 and Business $199. Workspaces grow with the plan: 1 on Free, 2 on Lite, 5 on Creator, 15 on Pro and 40 on Business, so each branch or concept can have its own. The inbox with AI auto-reply starts on Creator, the Telegram bot on Lite, and Business adds the REST API and webhooks for groups that want to connect their own systems.
