AI-Powered Social Media Management

Formal Arabic, bilingual campaigns and clear sign-off for organisations in Abu Dhabi

Organisations in the capital rarely speak with one voice: a holding, its subsidiaries, a hotel, a cultural venue, each with its own audience and its own person who signs off. Brandlix gives every entity its own workspace, writes in formal Modern Standard Arabic and English, and publishes only what the responsible person has approved.

Modern Standard Arabic as the default register

Corporate and institutional accounts in Abu Dhabi usually address their audience in formal Arabic. The agent writes Modern Standard Arabic by default and learns the tone of your existing posts, from an official announcement to a museum's weekend programme. A Gulf dialect is there on request for lighter formats.

Bilingual campaigns without a translation step

Ask for the Arabic and the English version of the same announcement, and the agent writes each one for its own readers instead of translating line by line. Review both side by side, then publish them as two posts or as one bilingual caption.

One workspace per entity, subsidiary or venue

A holding with several companies, a hotel group with several properties or a family group with several brands keeps each one apart: its own accounts, brand voice, calendar and inbox. Pro includes 15 workspaces, Business 40, and adding colleagues never adds a per-seat fee.

Sign-off before anything becomes public

With approval mode on, every outward action waits for a one-click yes from the person responsible. A communications lead or an external stakeholder approves through a secure link without creating an account, and the calendar keeps a clear record of what was scheduled and published.

How it works

From signup to first automated post in under 5 minutes.

01

Create a workspace for each entity

Set up one workspace per company, brand or venue and connect its accounts. Brandlix studies the existing posts and the website and builds a brand profile and voice for each, so the holding and its hotel do not end up sounding the same.

02

Set the register, languages and calendar

Decide per workspace whether it publishes in Arabic, English or both, and how formal it should sound. Government entities in Abu Dhabi follow the federal four-and-a-half-day week, so plan official announcements for working days and add fixed dates such as Eid Al Etihad on 2 December.

03

Brief the agent in chat

Write what you need, for example 'Arabic and English LinkedIn posts announcing our new partnership, formal tone'. The agent drafts the captions, creates images, videos or carousels to match and proposes publishing times on UAE time.

04

Approve, publish, keep the record

The responsible person approves each draft with one click, and only then does Brandlix publish it. On Creator and above, the unified inbox answers comments and DMs in the trained voice, and approval mode can hold those replies for a human yes as well.

Frequently asked questions

Why does social media in Abu Dhabi need a different approach from Dubai?

Abu Dhabi is the capital of the UAE and the seat of the federal government, and many accounts here speak for government-related entities, semi-government companies, family groups and cultural institutions. Their followers expect formal Arabic, careful wording around national occasions and announcements that have passed an internal review. A consumer brand in Dubai can often afford a lighter, English-first tone. Brandlix lets you set the register per workspace, so an entity in Abu Dhabi keeps its formal voice while a sister brand in Dubai sounds more relaxed. Both run on the same UAE time zone and the same dashboard.

Can every subsidiary keep its own approval?

Yes. Each subsidiary, brand or venue runs in its own workspace, and approval mode can be switched on for each of them, so nothing reaches the public before the right person has said yes with one click. That person does not need a Brandlix account: they open a secure approval link, read the draft and approve it. Who gives the final yes is your decision, whether that is the communications department of the holding or the manager of a single hotel. Because there is no per-seat pricing, adding reviewers and colleagues does not raise the monthly bill.

Is the Arabic formal enough for official announcements?

The agent writes Modern Standard Arabic by default, written natively instead of translated from English, and it learns the vocabulary and sentence style of your past posts during brand voice training. Text placed on images follows right-to-left layout, and numbers and dates stay correct inside Arabic sentences. For lighter formats it can switch to a Gulf dialect on request. For statements with official weight, such as leadership announcements or partnership news, a person on your team should still read the final wording, which is exactly what approval mode is there for.

Which rules apply to our content and promotions?

Media content across the UAE is governed at federal level. The UAE Media Council has published content standards that include respect for Islamic beliefs and other religions, for the state's symbols and institutions, and for the national identity, and it requires an Advertiser Permit for many people who publish promotional content on social media, with some exemptions. Rules develop over time, so check the current requirements with the UAE Media Council or your legal adviser before a campaign. Brandlix does not give legal advice, but its approval step and publishing record make internal sign-off easier.

Should we run one bilingual account or separate Arabic and English accounts?

Both work. Many organisations keep one account per platform and publish one caption that carries Arabic and English together, while others run separate Arabic and English accounts for different audiences. In Brandlix you ask for the version you need, and the agent writes each language natively. Brandlix publishes to Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky and WordPress. It does not publish to Snapchat or WhatsApp, so keep those channels in their own apps if your audience expects you there.

What does it cost for a group with many entities?

Brandlix is billed monthly in US dollars: Free $0, Lite $9, Creator $29, Pro $79 and Business $199. There is no per-seat pricing. Workspaces grow with the plan, from 1 on Free and 2 on Lite to 5 on Creator, 15 on Pro and 40 on Business, so a group with many entities usually lands on Pro or Business. Business also adds the REST API and webhooks, which your IT team can use to connect publishing to internal systems. Every plan includes monthly credits for AI generation, and you can test the workflow on the free plan first.
