Carousel

A multi-slide post (typically 2-10 images or videos) users swipe through.

Carousels are the highest-engagement format on Instagram and LinkedIn. The algorithm shows them to more people because users spend longer on them (multiple swipes = multiple impressions). Best practice: 7-10 slides, slide 1 must hook (a question, a bold claim, a curiosity gap), slide 2 must deliver the promise, last slide is the CTA. LinkedIn carousels are PDFs uploaded as documents; Instagram carousels are native image/video sequences. Carousels also save better than single images (people screenshot or save for later) which is another algorithm boost.
